Reminders for Tenants of Cardinal College Leasing
Rent Payment:
- We accept: Cash, VISA, Master Card, Money Order, Cashier's
Check
- Rent is due on the first of each month
- Late fees are $5 per day
- $20 charge for checks returned by the bank for insufficient
funds
- After one NSF check, future payments must be made by cashier's
check or money order
Sewage Bills:
- Cardinal College Leasing pays your sewage bills.
Parking:
- YOU MUST PARK IN YOUR DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS ONLY! OTHERWISE,
YOU ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE! CARDINAL
COLLEGE LEASING DOES NOT RE-IMBERSE FOR TOWING.
- We urge all of you to call Nyes Wrecker
at 282-5092 if you
need someone towed out of your spot. We have given this
company the names of each tenant and only those listed on the
lease will be allowed to tow out of our spots. We encourage you
to keep your tags in a visible spot to ensure that your car will
be left alone. If you have any questions, please call the office
at 288-9901.

Pets
- No pets allowed. Muncie Animal Shelter will be called to remove
pet.
Kegs:
- No kegs of beer allowed on the premises or grounds. Any violations
may result in immediate eviction.
Charges:
- All trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster provided. There
is a $25 charge assessed to tenants who leave trash in any area
outside their apartment.
- $25 charge for maintenance to let you in if you lock yourself
out after office hours.
- $30 to replace mail keys.
- $100.00 to replace apartment keys.
Damage to Common Areas:
- Residents living in buildings with common areas are responsible
for all damages done to common areas by residents and their guests.
Costs for damage repair will be equally divided among all units
in the apartment complex.
Freezing Weather:
- When temperatures fall below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, tenants
must leave a small stream of water running in all sings with
the cabinet doors open to avoid freezing water lines. Failure
to do so can result in plumbing repairs being charged to tenants.
